After years of designing solutions for companies using multiple carriers, we grew tired of watching the same issues challenge the market again and again. Companies suffered from constant billing issues, confusion from trying to deal with multiple agents, and a lack of understanding the service they received (or didn't receive).
Most of the challenges came from having to use more than one carrier in order to receive a fair price. This just didn't make sense to us, and it certainly didn't make sense to companies using these multiple carriers. On top of everything, the carrier service market was plagued with bad customer service.
We started VoxNet with this goal: take carrier service burdens away from our customers by offering one vendor, one bill, exceptional customer service and competitive prices.
