VoxNet Customer Rate Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with VoxNet's network quality or service support of either local, long distance, data or Internet services, notify VoxNet of the problem in writing. If VoxNet does not correct the problem to your reasonable satisfaction within ten days of receipt of notice and you choose to cancel your affected Service, we will cancel your VoxNet Service Agreement for that service without termination fees (customer must be in good standing with VoxNet).
