Let’s face it: Your employees save files on their hard drive – Especially the road warriors who only pop into the office once or twice a week. VoxNet PC Data Recovery helps make sure their contracts, employee reviews, customer letters, and budget plans are all safe and sound—even if the notebook or desktop they’re on isn’t. Here’s how we do it:
Initial Startup
An initial image, or “snapshot” of all notebook and desktop PCs on your network is taken and stored on a file server. This image is an exact copy of the original computer, including all files, programs, and configuration information.
Daily Backups
Every day, each computer in your office is checked for any updates, and any changes are saved back to the server. To restore an employee’s PC, we simply apply the backup data to a new machine to create an exact replica of the employee’s computer at the time of the last daily update!
This data can then be sent offsite, if desired, via VoxNet Server Data Recovery for an extra layer of protection.
Restoring a PC
We also help protect your mobile employees who aren’t often in the office in two critical ways.
Every time your mobile users connect to the Internet, all key files you’ve identified are backed up to your server automatically. This helps protect against critical data loss until a complete image can be made when they’re back in the office.
We also help make sure that data on stolen notebooks is useless to unauthorized users using the multi-tiered encryption technology recommended by the top experts in data security.
